MY OXYTOCIN
INDUSTRY: E-COMMERCE
DATE: APRIL 2025 - CURRENT
ROLE: SOLE UI/UX DESIGNER & VISUAL DESIGNER
TYPE: TEAM PROJECT
My Oxytocin provides a pet-centered gifting experience by combining tangible gift boxes (70%) with interactive personalization (30%). We offers six themed boxes and two customization paths: quick personalization via a pet’s social media or manual selection for full control.
We identified five target segments: new ownership, holiday gifting, memorials, long-distance connections, and universal animal love. Each supported by tailored flows and playful animations to enhance meaning and completion.
By aligning business goals with emotional needs, My Oxytocin makes gifting more personal, less stressful, and more engaging, fostering repeat use and brand loyalty.
